Currently, the only plus point that they provide Work from Home permanently.

Cons

The list is too long. If you are planning to join, then pls prefer to join Global team. You may feel good luck there. Company's main business is based on translation and it totally depends on quality and its accuracy. However, now their intent is shifted to numbers only. They are running behind the numbers like a drooling dog. They are forcing their employees to either deliver the numbers or sit at your home. Worst scenario is global management also does not care what is happening in India. They are fully intoxicated and blindly relying on Puneet and Rohit. But one day, they will suffer from this and then they won't have time to put the things back.

Lots of work dependent on contracts. High turn over on testing side. Did not take care of employees during Covid
