The people in the team are funny, creative, smart and make the best puns. It is a very collaborative environment and people genuinely want to help you. The work/life balance is also good.

Cons

No career growth opportunities. More is always asked of you but little to nothing is given in return and you are told off for even asking for an inflation raise.
