      UMC/VQC teams are dying

      The original UMC/VQC teams are happy and satisfy with the workload comparing with the salary

      Cons

      But after new management, multiple experienced seniors including Vicki left, then the whole work situation and dynamic have gotten so much worse. Everyone is unhappy but forced to have a living. So many work and tasks to do and manager pretend to ask for advice but they don't listen to you at all especially with a fixed salary that have never ever increased in 5 years. No Peakon survey for ages.
