      Not the best for long term career plan

      Pros

      Working from home. No pressure with the project

      Cons

      No salary increase. Only once then after that you will stick to that salary. No career growth. Only a few selective people get to move on to the management position. No respect to the senior members of the team.

      The job is remote, and you can clock in your hours any time during the week with maximum 8 hours a day, and maximum of 29 hours a week.

      Cons

      There is sometimes a lot of no tasks available which means that you cannot work during this time, and would have to wait for new tasks to come up.

      Worst management. they dont care about employees A lot of favoritism they put people to secretly watch other employees and report you for any reason. Manager promotes his girlfriend without any process. They wont let you take your lunch and follow you everywhere you go to make sure you dont go on a break
