Pros

Set your own hours 29 hours max a week and sometimes more hours often option to continually learn do not have to work on camera or do team meetings but you can if you want to do a team meeting if you want. Very inclusive company, they truly embrace and celebrate diversity! Such a great quality.

Cons

Sometimes no data available. You have to keep checking to see if there is work sometimes especially during holidays, i suggest looking for temp work during holidays if you can, just till it picks up back again.

Pros

The work is easy and you can do it from anywhere, since it is all remote. It is also all computer work, so you do not need to talk to customers over the phone.

Cons

You can only work when tasks are available, it is not necessarily on your own time. The management is also not great, as it always feels like your job is on the line.
