Pros

great advancement opportunities and they have a really good way of showing appreciation for their hard working employees. the incentive pay and recognition trips are amazing ways that the company shows they are proud of their employees hard work. they also have a really good 401k program and a great health care program as well.

Cons

the market i work in can play favorites very easily, and by doing that the wrong people get promoted over the right people. sometimes the feedback on how to improve at your position is to vague to actually make improvements. i also feel that some management cares too much about their personal lives than the professional lives of their employees

Pros

A longstanding American company which appears to be as dedicated to its employees as it is to its customers. Compensation, I think, is average compared with peers. Benefits I believe is above average. Superior leadership from its past CEO and the present CEO seems to be following in the same footsteps. Very diversified work force. Good company to work for.

Cons

Within technology, unless you are at a major location, it is difficult to advance. Lots of red tape in everything you do. Middle management seems to be the biggest shortcoming.

Pros

To get a chance to work for a well run company that will help with your career down the road. It's truly what you make of it. You can get your licenses and education paid for. Just make sure you network with the right people and always attend any networking events the company might sponsor. It's not who you know, but who knows you when it comes to getting promoted.

Cons

Working within a large company you can get lost in the mix if not careful. The advancement options into the side of business I wanted to get into were limited.
