      Pros

      Strong company name. Wells Fargo is well known as one of the big four US banks. Good training programs. Very good benefits (PTO, dental, medical, 401k)

      Cons

      Biggest downside is pay is considerably lower than industry peers. There is too much middle management. Very high sales goals for sales positions

      Great benifits, Comp is awesome if you work hard. A promote from within culture that really recognizes talent and success

      Sometimes the company is TOO political and i feel that it is more WHO ya know than what you have accomplished
