Pros

They offer great benefits and PTO. During a better economy there are a lot of job opportunities, especially if you are willing to relocate to a major hub.

Cons

Large company that can get lost in too much process, which often gets in the way of doing the actual work. Different departments are run separately, so there is an immense duplication of effort across the company.

Pros

Wells Fargo is definately a leader in banking industury. It's professional enviornment makes employees that they indeed work at a bank. I have to say this, Wells Fargo provideds the best sales training among its competitors that I have ever received. The sales training gets you on the road faster and easier to succeed. The sales culture in wells fargo is awesome and that's why the comapny's performance has been so well.

Cons

If you are not professional enough or not a sales person in you nutcell, do not apply. Wells is a sales driven employer that alot of people arent' get used to such pushy culture.

Pros

The benefits are great, working for Wells Fargo has helped me to realize a dream of owning my own home and has helped me to start saving for my retirement. Wells has now begun working with the boomers - offering us seminars on how to retire, how to network within the company, how to stay employed after retirement, balancing work and personal life etc. I only wish I had started working for them earlier in my life.

Cons

Sometimes communication of new policies and procedures is not well done, being a big company it is hard to make policies that work for everyone. However that is getting somewhat better.
