Pros

Good benefits - plenty of time off. I work for Card Services and Consumer Lending, which has a much more laid back culture than the rest of the company, very nice department to work for.

Cons

Current management over-values expense management. It's hard to get much done when management isn't willing to pay for anything. I've heard that Wells Fargo Financial is a depressing unit to work for from co-workers who have gone there and returned to my business unit later.

Pros

Lots of opportunity for growth and learning if you take the initiative. Work/Life balance is excellent.

Cons

Managers are not held accountable for aiding their team members' careers. The company could do more to walk the talk of "our employees are our most important assets".

Pros

Best reasons to work for Wells Fargo are that you will have a great support from your fellow team members, especially your managers. Great opportunity for advancement in your career. Great bonus that you get every three months just for doing your job. Lastly its a great company to work for because you get to help other succeed financially; knowing that you just helped someone financially really makes you proud of what your doing!

Cons

There are not many downsides of working at wells fargo! If i had to choose one though, it would be the fact that they don't recognize a college degree for raises and promotions. Some one can have a undergraduate degree in business and get paid as much as someone who doesn't have a degree. I think something has to be changed about this!
