      managers full of b.s. Can't get a straight, honest answer. Salaries suck, I'll take the sales experience from wells and move on to greener pastures

      Pros

      honest, friendly co workers, boss appears straight and fair, the opportunity to make incentives, earning potential. company culture seems very supportive.

      Cons

      low base salary for a job that requires a bachelors degree, long commute, and no relocation assistance offered. Thats it so far.

      Good benefits, some locations are better than others. IF you are in a good area you can get some good bonuses.

      Cons

      Unrealistic sales goals Pressure to upsell customer's into higher profit products even though it may not be the best thing for the customer. Take 3 no's before you can move on.
