      Weir Minerals Australia has great people, impressive manufacturing and materials science facility. Decent salary and opportunities

      High turnover of directors and HR team is concerning and no one seems to know why it keeps happening. Very difficult to see change and get people on board with ideas and initiatives. People get bitter and jaded after years of working there. There is so much potential to make things better but people and conflicting priorities are a limitation
