      Management cares about their employees, most coworkers take pride in their work. Coworkers are always willing to help out the new guys. Management values your opinion and respects your knowledge on what can change in the manufacturing process. Truly competitive pay and benefits compared to other companies.

      Flexible hybrid schedule; great supporting team both domestically and internationally; great location

      Cons

      Due to the nature of the company's international operations, it can be difficult to connect with other team members (i.e., scheduling meetings, brainstorming, and building general rapport) who are in foreign locations due to the time zone differences; very limited opportunities for career growth since the company's strategy is to outsource the work (the team in the US is very small in comparison to the outsourcing location)
