In response to your comments on salary, we do regularly undertake market assessments for our roles to ensure our reward and benefits packages remain competitive. With regards to your working hours comments I’d encourage you to raise this in your next Performance Conversation with your leader and/ or leave this feedback in our next global employee survey to ensure your view is heard and can be considered during the reviews and action planning activities that take place after each survey.
