Pros
The benefits are good. Most supplies and safety equipment are up to date.
Cons
Terrible management.The Human Resources Dept. has way too much authority, and has no idea what really happens on the shop floor. Politics run rampant and employees that should be fired are kept on. I worked for two years and witnessed over 100 staff come and go. Not kidding! There is no room for advancement unless you make friends with the (CLUB). Terrible communication between management team and endless backstabbing.
