      Pros

      Good location (for me), OK pay and overall good experience for my career. The company name is still a strong one on your cv.

      Laying people off - doesn't seem to be any structured format followed when redundancies are happening, they just pick someone, then at lunchtime that person is taken away and doesn't come back. Very poor and very unprofessional. Lack of development - some of the team 'managers' are really poor. They don't have regular 1-1 development meetings, they don't have regular team meetings... Really, really amateur stuff! Overall, a decent company but it's really not a people orientated company. They don't look after their people, they don't offer training and development, they don't give feedback and long term, they won't be competitive with the other companies in the market.
