      Pros

      Reasonable health benefits. Flex time.

      Cons

      Toxic work culture that starts from management and trickles down from top to bottom. Shame though because it could be a great company to work for if people weren’t so bitter and angry as a result of the toxic work environment. Very little room for promotions as they always hire from the outside.

      1. Good work is rewarded with promotion/additional responsibility 2. Positive feedback for a job well-done 3. Current upper management is a good team striving for success 4. Flexible hours for salary employees 5. Lots of catered lunches provided for good sales months 6. Great health care benefits 7. Food trucks in the parking lot during summer months 8. Work travel available - global opportunities for some positions, especially supply chain 9. Open concept office layout - has its benefits

      Cons

      1. Upper management has gone through a lot of change-overs since I've been here 2. Some politics are expected for a large global company 3. It can be easy to get looked over due to being a larger company, which is why it's important to make friends across departments 4. Not so flexible with hourly employees, but is at managers' discretion 5. After work social activities tend to be unsuccessful because many employees don't want to engage with coworkers outside of work 6. Negative attitudes with many long-term employees who have been here 10+ years 7. Still some silo-thinking across departments 8. Open concept office layout - also has its negatives when you prefer a more quiet work setting

      There are a lot of really great employees at this location. Hard working and dedicated....

      There are always a lot of changes - some departments were completely dismantled and reorganized or eliminated.
