Dear former employee. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are pleased to see you enjoyed some elements of Weir but it is disappointing to hear you didn’t achieve a healthy work-life balance during your time with us. We want all Weir employees to be inspired to do the best work of their lives and we recognise the importance of a manageable workload and also flexibility of work schedules to enable people to balance work and personal commitments. This is something that many teams across the Group are working on exploring together following feedback in our recent global surveys so that together, they can make positive changes. We are particularly keen to ensure we learn lessons from the recent change to ways of working which the COVID-19 pandemic has brought about, such as increased flexibility.
