      Some great people throughout the business; however majority of the talented staff are currently leaving in droves due to the culture and management within the Australian business.

      Cons

      Extremely toxic culture and work environment within the Australian business. Constant restructures to the mask the poor culture to the executive team. Not the place it used to be and the current trajectory is very poor for the Australian business.
