Really exceptional construction project. Salary on this position higher than average salary on similar position at other companies in my geograpic location.

Cons

No flexible hours, it is difficult to get a few days holiday. Some managers are really weird. Furtunatelly most of them are OK

It is a company that have big jobs and a quite organized working structure. Also the accommodations are fine.

Cons

You have to be OLD to stay in this company. The average years of the bosses could be 70 years old or more. As result the site management and site top management is poor, often very poor. No chances for the young, also if you are excellent.
