Business Outlook
Pros
Big and stable international company with many project locations worldwide. If you fit in you can really gain a work experience on international scale. You also don't have to be worried about your salary at the end of the month even if the client is not paying Salini's bill
Cons
Most of the locations are remote site based with no rotation on offer (45 calendar days annual leave 3 tickets/year). Salary is very much depended on your nego. skills don't expect them to be fair. Perks are non existent - typical project company style, very limited chance for promotion which is connection based)
