Administration environment Safe working atmosphere Supporting the employees either professionally or by finding out what is best in him. Salaries on time. Flexible and planned work nature. Highly professional staff. You will get to learnt a productive and beneficial stuff everyday.

Cons

I didn't see much negative aspects of this company yet. there are couple which one can ignore. Company spends from its own side to protect its employees much more than others, Company is too professional for Middle east (need to be little rough too) Company starts cost cutting way faster than the original date.
