A high staff turn over as most are on project based employment agreement. It would be challenge to engage long term roles within Webuild. But this is changing.

If you're into office politics, this is the place for you - it's full of it. The managers and directors keep directing team members to play their political power games. Unfortunately, at least three teams at SSTOM have been like this: two in the CBD and one on site. It's a ridiculous place for great and efficient employees to work because nothing can be done quickly due to all the process and bureaucracy. The HR team is useless; they tolerate toxic managers and directors without even respecting Australian law. HR doesn't do anything here.
