Pros

Great place to be curious and to learn. I am on the promotions team and oh boy I have the best manager and a great team to learn from. Willingness to learn and show interest at every point will take you a long way in this firm

Cons

Salary is little low but is secondary. Nothing else that I can think of. Promotions are slower. Sometimes a little stressful.
