      Pros

      Wayfair cares about their employees. They ask everyone’s opinions on big company changes and enployees are very empowered to drive change. Company is very innovative and not afraid to try new things. It pushes projects that are more inclined to succeed, and keeps track of a lot of data to do that. Senior management cares about everyone’s career development. Managers are constantly urged and given a lot of resources to help their team members. Since I have been here, company standards for our engineering work have increased, which is making everyone a better engineer.

      Cons

      Snacks are TOO healthy, sometimes we need something with more fat and less protein. The company feels too big sometimes and depending on team, you might get a huge amount of work at a time. But this doesn’t always happen and when it does, everyone understands, sometimes way too much.
