This company only focus on management and customer service. The most disanvantage working here is how they treat employees especially when it comes to attendance which you feel like you're held as a hostage. 3 strikes, you're out regardless how long you have worked there. For example: they make their employees come in 10 minutes early to log in the system. Take note, you clock in when the system is up and running. If you're 3 minute late from your set schedule you get .50 points. If you leave early "unplanned absence you get 1 point which is impossible to deal with especially if switching day to cover it has no more available time to fill in. No call no show is 2 points. Some employees even shared their concern when you're car breaks down and late coming in, you get 1 point. Nothing in this company is fair.
