Just don’t work here

Pros

The office is so great- cheerful, great snacks, good beer on tap, most desks near windows etc. THE DISCOUNT is awesome and you can share it with friends and family.

Cons

PAY!!! Please before you accept a role here do your research. Recruiters here make the absolute lowest salary a company could offer. When I left for a new role in a new company - same level - they more than doubled my salary. Just do your research and know your worth. It’s also impossible to be promoted just by hiring people or doing your job. You have to go above and beyond to be noticed and “know the right people”. It’s super political. You end up doing projects just to do projects and get your name out there. It is also absurdly cliquey.

Pros

Absolutely none, nothing good to say about this company

Cons

Abusive customers No support from company or managers Awful work hours could be expected to work a 48 hour wk with no overtime. Treated like you are a robot. Always changing the perimeters the job from one week to another. Left Feeling isolated. Kpi’s that are impossible to achieve. What you are sold in the interview is bs. The worst company I ever worked for, so glad to get out of it.

Pros

The workplace is beautiful and does encourage creativity. It is a fast growing company so you can gain a lot of responbility quickly

Cons

The pay is below average The CEOs think they are nice guys but really perpetuate tech bro culture. Company doesn't listen to employee feedback about culture and values issues. I mean there was a 600 person walk out and the company's response was 'it's nice that you care, but we don't' I don't want to be working for leaders that don't understand the greater impact that the company has on society. I don't want to be associated with the company profiting from furnishing decrepit migrant detention centers. I will start answering recruiter messages on LinkedIn for other jobs soon.
