Located in the heart of Boston

Cons

The benefits are targeted towards young people or what the organization assumes recent college graduates would be interested. Free snack, raffle tickets to sporting events and monthly drinking events are a few examples. Employees work a nine-hour a day. Tuition reimbursement is available however it is the minimal amount an organization can provide while receiving a tax right off. Customer service, accounting and marketing are being outsourced. Base pay is embarrassing, and there is little room for advancement in the organization.

Excellent benefits and fair pay compared to similar companies. Great opportunities for advancement and plenty of room to grow.

Cons

For many this is a first job right out of college. Because of this employees do not have much to compare their current role, salary or general work experience to.

Good Company, Middle Management Lack Experience

Pros

Fun atmosphere, good benefits, outings are fun if you're a big drinker.

Cons

The experience of middle management didn't match up with the duties and responsibilities which they had. The result is an atmosphere that makes advancement difficult, and the name of the game for them is how to hide their shortcomings by shifting focus to yours. Not fun, not an atmosphere that cultivates any professional growth or long term job security.
