The benefits are targeted towards young people or what the organization assumes recent college graduates would be interested. Free snack, raffle tickets to sporting events and monthly drinking events are a few examples. Employees work a nine-hour a day. Tuition reimbursement is available however it is the minimal amount an organization can provide while receiving a tax right off. Customer service, accounting and marketing are being outsourced. Base pay is embarrassing, and there is little room for advancement in the organization.
