Pros

Great culture: Work hours are reasonable, employees are smart, fun, and nice Employees: Some of the smartest internet marketers and engineers/developers in Boston. You are lucky to work with them. Experience: Few, if any, ecommerce companies are as sophisticated as Wayfair, and almost none of the east coast. You will learn more than your peers in other industries.

Cons

- Pay can be a bit below average - Process by employees are promoted can be unclear / employee review system was minimal - Still a growing/evolving company: A start-up trying to figure its way to insert more processes while still moving fast.

COmpany cared about being part of your team and getting to know people in the office. They also wanted to maitnain a fun office setting by proviidng free snakcs/coffee and games

Cons

pay was not that great- but if you worked hard you could achieve higher pay rates in sales

Pros

There is a very good work-life balance. Outside of work, you don't have to think about work at all. The training staff was excellent and the camaraderie of everyone around is great. Bonus metrics are above board and visible so you know what you need to shoot for in order to be rewarded accordingly.

Cons

Benefits aren't great but it's an entry level customer service job, so there's not much to expect anyways. The job is very monotonous; don't expect anything exciting or out of the ordinary (other than the occasional irate customer).
