      The staff of entry level jobs, hard working and honest for the most part. Very supportive.

      Cons

      Autocratic approach of mgmt has left very little room for growth or freedom of thoughts as most staff afraid to go against the flow for fear of their jobs.

      Great culture at an innovative and fast growth company. Founders have done an amazing job at keeping a flat corporate structure and maintaining an entrepreneurial feel at a 3000 person company.

      Promotions are based on arbitrary timelines instead of merit based results
