      Great teamwork and collaboration on tons of new and exciting projects Opportunities to volunteer in company activities and work with completely different departments Everyone is there to learn and teach what they know Although pay is low you will end up learning a lot and that is where the real value is especially when you are a new grad Office culture is great

      Good place to gain experience - You get lots of experience from day one and are put in charge of projects that have an impact Great people - Everyone is young and excited about what they do Good PTO - Starting with 16 days and 18 after 1 year. If you make it to 5 years you have almost 6 weeks of vacation. Good benefits package Great office - New office is a really cool space and right in the middle of Back Bay As a plus: Quarterly parties are always really fun

      Depending on the department salary can be wanting Need to be advocate for yourself if you want to get promoted, managers are often stretched too thin to recognize your progress Used to be a 9-5 job, this has changed since the push to go public, now days are ~10 hrs Blanket hired a lot of managers and senior managers in 2014 making it difficult to move up if you start at level one or two
