I’m sorry to hear that our labs program was a bit stressful for you – we’re constantly working to improve it and make the process even more rewarding for new hires. In the years since we started this program, we’ve seen a bunch of progress on this front, but we’re always looking to make improvements. I hope you and our other labs grads will continue to give us candid feedback, because as you know we like to say, “we’re never done!”
