Pros

1. Moves fast 2. Transparent, direct style of communication 3. Opportunities to take big risks / fail fast 4. Data driven decision making 5. Experiencing hyper-growth which means plenty of opportunity for upward mobility and earnings potential 6. Executive leadership is in touch with the rank and file and works hard to create a collaborative, in-touch environment 7. Customer obsession is widely understood to be a recipe for long term success 8. Smart leaders 9. Egalitarian decision making at all levels, the best idea wins (low on politics and hierarchy) 10. Cutting edge technology powers the business, we're not just selling furniture

Cons

Running out of space in current office (a good problem to have) but can be loud, hard to find conference space, open floor plan is not for everyone.

Business Outlook

Pros

- Collaborative and very willing to open and improve both what and how they work - Huge growth opportunities in roles and new roles within the company. Strong performance and appetite to make a difference allows for endless ceiling. - Customer focus is at the center of the company (and continue to be practiced more and more) - The 'niche' opportunity they are going after is a good market and rip for change - The investments being made are solid, long-term bets that i believe will pay off

Cons

- Complex org structure in some areas causes slow down in work (but have seen improvement in this area) - There are not strong mechanisms in place to drive performance of employees

Pros

Management team are wonderful. And being happy when drive exceptions and fix system errors which’s help to deliver the order in time to keep our customers happy.

Cons

Driving exceptions in time. Responsible to many tasks in same time which is ( representative of facility to mange supplier team, covering OB team leader position, covering supervisor position and managing inventory and the exceptions in time).
