Pros

Great atmosphere, good training program, chances for advancement, pro employee.

Cons

None that I can think of, best company I have ever worked for. Ok, maybe they could add sugar free, iced coffee in the break room. That would make my life complete.

Pros

Great culture & benefits - young, fun, nice and team-oriented people, great healthcare and 401k matching, good discounts on gym memberships, regular team outings on the company dime, and Wayfair University is an amazing program where you can take classes on a broad range of topics such as SQL, time management, meeting management, Photoshop, etc. to help you succeed at work. Transparent and non-hierarchical - if you have a good idea and the data to back it up, upper management is willing to listen and provide guidance on how to implement, zero to little red tape Data-driven and performance oriented - high performers are recognized and compensated accordingly with new roles/new responsibilities. There are a lot of very bright and analytical employees.

Cons

Compensation is typically lower than other companies would pay for similar roles Not necessarily a con but a reality -with the growth and success of the company over the years, the hiring process as well as being promoted internally has become extremely competitive. Now in certain departments like BI/Direct Marketing, if you didn't go to an Ivy League school and/or don't ace the quantatative case interview, your chances of being considered for a position are low. Might not necessarily be the case now, but a few years ago it was common for young employees to be promoted to manager level but with no experience managing which could sometimes be a challenge.
