I am currently a Recruiter out of the Ogden location and I love it! The whole talent team and all the business partners are great to work with and the overall company culture is awesome! It is a casual work environment so we wear jeans every day. There are always fun employee engagement activities going on in the office and fun incentive prizes like Jazz tickets, food trucks, raffles, etc. We do full cycle, volume recruiting for the sales and service business centers across the U.S. I have also gotten the opportunity to work on our international positions in our Berlin and Galway offices. Wayfair is very "choose your own adventure" and you get out what you put in. If you ask for what you want and communicate with your manager about skills you want to develop or projects you would like exposure to they do everything they can to help with your career development and growth.
