Activities like free yoga classes, manicube services and fun quarterly parties make Wayfair a great place to work

Wayfair is a wonderful company to work for on so many levels - the culture is great (tons of intelligent and motivated young professionals, with perks like free food and coffee!), the opportunities are amazing, and the office is in a great location in downtown Boston. I have been given so much more autonomy and responsibility in my role here than I would at any other company, which has allowed me to grow and take on new challenges in ways I could never have anticipated this early in my career. I HIGHLY recommend working here if you're motivated, passionate about your work, and want to work with a bunch of very intelligent and talented people.
