None. If you come to Wayfair willing to work hard, open to feedback and comfortable with change (as a result of a fast paced growing environment), this is the role for you!

Cons

Management doesn't care about workers. Will fire you if absent twice in first 60 days no matter the case. Pray you don't get injured or have a death around you or you're 100% a goner.
