Pros
Great atmosphere, filled with really smart, hardworking people. Very cool office and good PTO benefits (you can book any days you want as long as its 3 weeks in advance) more time accrues every year. They always have fun events for their employees and it's just a very positive atmosphere. There's always room to move up and move within departments of the company. I liked that a lot.
Cons
Salary doesn't compare to competitors. I probably never would have left had the salary been more on par with similar jobs. Turnover is very fast...in my small department of 8 we lost 5 people within 14 months. So you constantly have to train new folks. I wasn't a big fan of the floor layout, I like an open office layout, but you're literally on top of your co-workers here with absolutely no privacy.
