      Warehousing Operations.

      Pros

      The benefits were great, the company is growing at an enormous rate. I personally felt like I was part of making history working with a company that was growing as fast as they were/are.

      Cons

      The company is new and they recently decided to do the warehousing in house. So it is a new concept with an extremely large learning curve. Working in Warehousing, I personally felt like a ginny pig being observed and criticized for every move that was being made by corporate. Managed Warehousing Associates that had an extremely high turnover rate, was somewhat depressing.

      A lot of on-the-job growth. Lots of responsibility handed to young professionals.

      Cons

      Pay is not good. Growth limited by young management. Ever changing environment make goal setting and growth measurement impossible to keep track of.

      People in my department are leaving monthly .. (weekly at one point) because we don't feel valued.

      Pros

      - My coworkers..great, kind, smart, and supportive group of people. - the young culture - good location in Boston (next to Back Bay and Copley Square)

      Cons

      - Obviously salary.. it could have gotten better with the Overtime Law because they said they would increase our base salary, but then they took that away when the law was put on hold. In addition, they literally announced it to us the day it was going into affect..some people even heard it 1 day after. - Upper management are clueless in managing and the actual work that we do. - I used to love this job because I saw a career and valuable skills in it, but ever since the MULTIPLE reorgs/ department changes in the past year, I've grown to hate my job. Majority of my workers feel the same way and we are all planning to leave soon.
