Pros

Decent pay for entry levek

Cons

8% chance of being promoted, 80% chance of being laid off, as they seem to be doing it every quarter. If you live at home with parents and don’t really care about being laid off then good place to learn things, wouldn’t recommend anyone with any financial responsibilities to ever join. Also HR doesn’t seem to follow UK Laws

Pros

Salaries are relatively high for the industry

Cons

Fundamentally, the company operates more like a marketing organization than a supply chain or logistics-driven business. For someone interested in supply chain, operations, or logistics, it can be a disappointing environment. The work is not particularly engaging, and there is a significant amount of bureaucracy. There are many PowerPoint-heavy initiatives, often led by former consultants, but the quality of execution does not always match the level of presentation. In many cases, the amount of slide creation feels inversely correlated with actual operational impact.
