Pros

Employee discount, some career mobility at lower levels, fast-paced, compensation is competitive.

Cons

Large company RIFs, silent RIFs, and individual role reductions happening weekly. Leadership is unstructured and reactive. Priorities are unclear and change every few months. Tech is almost fully offshored now and without proper knowledge transfer and a planning process, systems are deteriorating fast - more and more P1 incidents daily. Decisions are made to keep existing tenured commercial leads happy, at the cost of the business. No operations leadership. Political environment, no career mobility at mid and higher levels, and culture is really negative and sad.
