Pros

None. None. None. None. None.

Cons

Constantly changing rules, protocol- not in writing, but they want to hold you to this new rule. Calling for last minute overtime, even though the schedule they give you has it as an off day. Holding it against you when their electronic notification system doesn't properly notify you that it's a mandatory OT day. Employees are being burnt out due to 6 - 7 straight days of work and mandatory OT.

Pros

The company is great, people work hard and they genuinely enjoy spending time together. It's a fairly big company, with the widest marketing team I've ever worked in, but it has an impressive family vibe considering the scale. The company is open to new ideas and is embracing AI in a healthy way (From what I'm gathering so far)

Cons

It's an e-commerce selling furniture, so it's not like we're solving real problems, we're contributing to capitalism, but at the end of the day it's not too bad. Processes and systems may feel a bit out date. But there's some impressive spreadsheets [hat's off]
