There is not one pro to working at Wayfair. They used to have open box policy that allowed employees to purchase returned goods at 50% off but they cut this benefit in June so.
Cons
Moved against my will to be apart of a new team even though I had no training. I asked multiple times to go back to my previous position but this was ultimately held against me and I was fired. No one in HR is paid what they are actually putting in for work and many of my peers would work off the clock just to be able to catch up to the work. They do not actually care for their employees in any which way and find BS reasons to put someone on a performance plan. This enables them to deem you are not working hard enough in their timeline and be able to fire you.
