      Pros

      Most of the people are real nice. The pod outings are good fun. Free food and a decent area to chill out when you are not working.

      Cons

      The pay is less than ideal. Some of the managers are difficult to deal with, they invested a lot of their time into Wayfair which is why they are where they are, but I do not think they are equipped to lead the teams. The work get's quite monotonous, in other words I felt like I was learning quite a bit at the start but that fizzled out very quickly and to be honest sometimes I was really board in there.
