      - Total compensation - Generally nice colleagues

      Cons

      - Incompetent leadership. Leaders keep taking bad decisions that affect the business health and cripple existing functional workflows - Job insecurity (4 massive layoffs in the last 4 years) - Dishonest communication from leadership. C-level has constantly been lying about the business health in the last few years.
