Pros

Overall, a great group of people to work with -- in all departments. Most are very intelligent & hard workers, plus like to have fun. Good benefits & perks, including gym & bank on studio lot.

Cons

Long hours for most people. Hard toget things done with so much bureaucracy & politics. Little to no recognition of accomplishment on large projects or important deadline-driven projects.

Pros

Somewhat flexible time schedule depending on your manager. Summer Fridays is great. Pay and benefits comparable to other Burbank studios.

Cons

Lots of entrenched employees who are very slow to change. IT outsourced to Indian company. It was quite hard working with them. Outsourced consultants not up to par.
