Pros

Stuff. Lots of free STUFF. Fun office. Low Turnover Gym on the lot Access to WB Lot Great WB Employee perks Free Screenings Time off for Christmas and New Years (That's pretty new though)

Cons

There are no transitional positions to grow your career. You literally have to leave the company gain experience elsewhere then come back. Low Turnover Too many chiefs. They typically do not hire from within.

Cons

- Very political - Everyone is playing the blame game (who should we blame for this?) - No work/life balance - Stressful environment due to stringent project deadlines and competitive people
