Pros

Celebrity sightings Studio environment Fun/Creative workplace Brand recognition on resume Great Cafeteria! Location Being involved in the filmmaking process I worked with a really wonderful group of people and developed friendships that will last a lifetime

Cons

No room for advancement No respect for new procedures I had to leave WB in order to advance my career. I had been there for a while and even though projects are constantly changing, I really wanted to advance my career.

Pros

lots of free stuff from movies and TV shows. free parking and a nice cafeteria. plenty of celeb sightings. decent dress code policy.

Cons

it is a big company, so lots of the usual corp crap that you have to deal with. you also cannot get anywhere without your badge, so forgetting it is a pain.
