Pros

Flexible hours Pays well Free parking Good vacation and holidays package

Cons

Heavy middle management with more Directors and Managers than real workers. Meetings all day with no outcome and purpose. Extremely political work environment. Outsourcing almost every critical department to an incompetent consulting company called Capgemini.

Pros

Work life balance is great. You get to work on fun projects. Dependable, huge company, guaranteed paycheck. Sunny California weather!

Cons

Not enough room at the top for young people who want to emerge quickly. Corporate and mechanical in the process of hiring and moving up the rank-and-file.
