Pros

- Unlike a lot of Hollywood, they actually put on the facade of professionalism. - There are quite a few smart (and even deviously smart) people employed here - The camaraderie here is strong...if you're "in". If you're not, you feel it. - Good product so you feel like you're contributing - Steady work

Cons

- Cruel bosses - Passive aggressive behavior - Hostile work environment - Sexism (was assumed to be a worker's girlfriend even though I'm a full time employee....) - Underpaid - Empowered ignorance - White Male Privilege (and $$) reign and it's in your face

Pros

People were pretty good, good licenses and close access to the lot

Cons

Highly political, upper management spent a lot of time making sure upper upper management had the right chairs and snacks for meetings. Little concern for products as all the money comes from Lego (TT) (which WB internal leaves alone because - all the money comes from lego(TT)) When cutting your position they will thank you for all your hard work on "Project X" even though you were working on "Project Y"
