Mostly excellent people to work with, during a big change within the organisation and also Covid, it was a really wonderful experience to be part of.

None really other than leadership changes from the top which impacted (not me personally)

-Really nice host (Jennifer) -Kind coworkers, for the most part -Lot's creative people

Cons

-Horrible management -Racism and microagressions (white employees treated differently than black employees) -Culture of throwing those in lower position under the bus for mistakes of higher ups -Extremely difficult to get promoted
